What is Electrofusion (EF) Welding?
Electrofusion welding is one of the most reliable joining methods for PE pipes. EF fittings contain embedded resistance wires. When electric current is applied, the wires heat up, the polyethylene melts and fuses with the pipe, creating a leak-tight joint.

- Site adaptability: Can be applied in narrow trenches and shafts

- Chemical resistance: No weakness at the joint point
Application Steps
- Pipe ends are cleaned and scraped
- Pipe is aligned and EF fitting is fitted
- EF machine reads barcode and sets parameters automatically
- After welding, allow 30–60 minutes cooling time
